For those with out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement. We are unable to see any patients with Medicare, even with secondary insurance.

Patients are responsible for copays and deductibles at time of service.

No shows/late cancellations are not covered by insurance and will be charged a fee, please refer to patient policies for more information.
